JOSEPH WATSON

Maryland (2nd season)

Joseph started dancing at 6 and began his formal training at an after school program called T.W.I.G.S. (To Work In Gaining Skills). His training at T.W.I.G.S. led to his acceptance into the Baltimore School for the Arts (BSA), under the guidance of Norma Pera. At BSA he performed works by Hinton Battle and David Parsons. Upon graduating high school he trained at The Julliard School under the direction of Lawrence Rhodes. At Julliard he performed works by Jiri Kylian, Susan Marshall and Ohad Naharin and received a BFA in the dance division.

What are your goals as a professional dancer? to be as well rounded as possible
Favorite Charlotte restaurant: Red Lobster
Favorite Music: R & B
