VIDEO APPLICATION FORM

If you cannot attend one of the scheduled auditions you may send a 10 minute VHS  or DVD of center work including adagio, petite allegro, grand allegro, pirouettes and pointe work if applicable. Include the video application form and $25 fee. Please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope if you would like the audition tape returned. If you have any questions regarding the auditions, please call 704.372.0101 x111.
