Kylie, originally from Maryville, TN, began her training at Van Metre School of Dance under the direction of her mother, Amy Moore Morton. In 2006 she attended the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music as a dance major under Shellie Cash, Yi-Qi Cheng, Michael Tevlin and Jiang Qi. In 2007 Kylie moved to Charlotte to train as an apprentice with North Carolina Dance Theatre. She has attended summer programs on full tuition scholarship at Atlanta Ballet and Dance Theatre. In the summer of 2006, Kylie trained and performed with Ballet Adriatico in Ascoli Piceno, Italy, under the direction of Anna-Marie Holmes. Kylie would like to thank her family for their everlasting support, especially her mother. |
