“Lucky North Carolina”

- The New York Times describing North Carolina Dance Theatre following our performance in the Kennedy Center’s Ballet Across America.

North Carolina Dance Theatre has become a vital contributor to Charlotte’s cultural community and has gained regional and national recognition for the high quality of our performances. It is through the support of individuals, corporations and foundations we are able to bring classical favorites and cutting-edge works to the stage as well as year-round dance programming to children and families around the city.

Ticket sales, tuition through our School of Dance, and fees received for touring account for less than half of the revenue needed to sustain our programming on and off-stage. Our donors like you make the difference. In return for your gift today, we will provide you with opportunities that take you behind-the-scenes of North Carolina’s oldest longest standing ballet company and bring you up close and personal with the talented artists of our Company.

Thank you for considering your support of Dance Theatre. The New York Times says “Lucky North Carolina”. Because of you, we say Lucky Us!
