Subscribers are guaranteed the same seats year after year with the option to upgrade or change locations.
Free, No Hassle Exchanges
If you are a Friday or Saturday night season ticket holder and are unable to attend a performance on your subscription night, you can exchange tickets for another night without penalties or handling charges. Exchanges to different nights for the same show up to 72 hours (3 days) in advance and are subject to availability. For Thursday night subscribers who sit in the 40% off sections, an upgrade charge will apply if exchanging to Friday or Saturday night.
Subscriber Courtesy Week
Subscribers may purchase additional tickets at $5 off to any show BEFORE they go on sale to the general public, from August 6-10, 2007. Subscribers may purchase tickets at $5 off at any time after Subscriber Courtesy Week also.
